0530 Hrs Drive to Agra A visit to Agra via Sikandara (203 kms)
Sikandra – Situated across the Yamuna river, houses the tomb of Mughal Emperor Akbar. An interesting feature here is that one cannot see all four minarets from one point as one of them is always behind the tomb.

On arrival visit to Taj Mahal (Close on Friday), it was built by Mughal Emperor Shahjahan, a mausoleum in the memory of his beloved wife Queen Mumtaj Mahal. The special interests here are the Jilo Khana, the gardens, and the twin tombs of both Shahjehan (The Empror) and Mumtaj Mahal (The Queen).
Proceed for Agra Fort (1 km. Approx.) a fort which is situated on the banks of river Yamuna and within the city center. Here the places of interest are Moti Maszid, a white marble mosque Diwan-E-Aam, Diwan-E-Khas, Jehangir's (A Mughal Emperor) Palace, Sheesh Mahal and Khaas Mahal.

1400 Hrs Lunch by own Account, 1430 Hrs a visit to Fatehpur Sikri

Fatehpur Sikri – A Fort which was built during the second half of the 16th century by the Emperor Akbar, it was the capital of the Mughal Empire for some time. The monuments and temples are all in a uniform architectural style.

Starting from panoramic view of The India Gate and The President House, proceeding to – The Qutub Minar a Historical building which was built hundreds of years ago which is an excellent example of Afghan architecture; the Minar is 72.5 Mts. high with 7 stories, it is the tallest freestanding structure in India.The Lotus Temple – Bahai house of worship built in 1986,which is a latest addition in the treasure trove of Delhi. Shaped in the form of a blossoming Lotus is a poetical expression of architect's ideas in Marble.
After Lunch (by own account), a visit to The Humayun's Tomb, which is a Grand mausoleum built for the emperor by his senior queen, this is one of the first Mughal Garden Tomb and said to be the inspiration of Taj Mahal. The Humayun's Tomb is a World Heritage Monument. Rajghat – A place where Mahatama Gandhi (The father of the Nation) was cremated and a memorial for Mahatma Gandhi was built thereafter.

Red Fort – Mughal Emperor Shahjehan built the massive construction of red sandstone (Note: Sunday it is closed), Enjoy the Pedestrian Rickshaw Ride in Chandani Chowlk Market., Also visit the mosque nearby the fort better known as Jama Masjid is the largest mosque in India built by Shahjehan (The Mughal Empror) in 1656. On the way back to the hotel a visit to Connaught Place market, which is there in Central Delhi.
